জুম্মাতুল একাডেমিতে স্বাগতম! আমাদের ওয়েবসাইট (https://jummatulacademy.com) ব্যবহার এবং আমাদের কোর্সে তালিকাভুক্ত হওয়ার মাধ্যমে আপনি নিম্নলিখিত শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত হচ্ছেন। দয়া করে এগুলি মনোযোগ দিয়ে পড়ুন।

১. শর্তাবলী গ্রহণ

আমাদের কোর্সে ভর্তি হওয়া বা ওয়েবসাইট ব্যবহার করার মাধ্যমে আপনি আমাদের শর্তাবলী পড়েছেন, বুঝেছেন এবং সম্মত হয়েছেন। যদি আপনি একমত না হন, তাহলে অনুগ্রহ করে আমাদের পরিষেবা ব্যবহার থেকে বিরত থাকুন।

২. কোর্সে ভর্তি

জুম্মাতুল একাডেমির সমস্ত কোর্স শুধুমাত্র শিক্ষামূলক উদ্দেশ্যে।
কোর্স একবার অ্যাক্সেস করলে ফি ফেরতযোগ্য নয়।
কোর্সে প্রবেশাধিকার শুধুমাত্র তালিকাভুক্ত শিক্ষার্থীর জন্য এবং অন্যদের সাথে শেয়ার করা যাবে না।
শর্ত লঙ্ঘনের জন্য জুম্মাতুল একাডেমি যে কোনও ভর্তি বাতিলের অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৩. পেমেন্ট

সম্পূর্ণ পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন হওয়ার পরই কোর্সের সামগ্রী অ্যাক্সেস করা যাবে।
আমাদের ওয়েবসাইটে উল্লেখিত বিভিন্ন পেমেন্ট পদ্ধতি গ্রহণযোগ্য।
পেমেন্ট সম্পন্ন না হলে ভর্তি বাতিল হতে পারে।
কোনো চার্জব্যাক বা প্রতারণামূলক লেনদেন অ্যাকাউন্ট স্থগিত করার কারণ হতে পারে।

৪. ব্যবহারকারীর আচরণ

ব্যবহারকারীরা কোর্স সামগ্রী শেয়ার, বিতরণ বা পুনরায় বিক্রয় করতে পারবেন না।
কন্টেন্ট কপি, পরিবর্তন বা অপব্যবহারের যে কোনো প্রচেষ্টা অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিলের কারণ হতে পারে।
কমিউনিটির মধ্যে শালীন ভাষায় যোগাযোগ বজায় রাখতে হবে।

৫. বুদ্ধিবৃত্তিক সম্পত্তি

সমস্ত কোর্স সামগ্রী, ভিডিও এবং বিষয়বস্তু জুম্মাতুল একাডেমির একচ্ছত্র সম্পত্তি।
অনুমতি ছাড়া কোনো বিষয়বস্তু ব্যবহার বা পুনরুৎপাদন করা কঠোরভাবে নিষিদ্ধ।
যে কোনও লঙ্ঘনের ক্ষেত্রে আইনগত ব্যবস্থা নেওয়া হতে পারে।

৬. অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল

যদি কোনো ব্যবহারকারী আমাদের শর্তাবলী লঙ্ঘন করেন, তাহলে জুম্মাতুল একাডেমি পূর্ব বিজ্ঞপ্তি ছাড়াই তার অ্যাকাউন্ট বাতিল করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে।

৭. গোপনীয়তা নীতি

আমরা আপনার গোপনীয়তাকে সম্মান করি। নিবন্ধনের সময় সংগৃহীত ব্যক্তিগত তথ্য গোপন রাখা হবে এবং তৃতীয় পক্ষের সাথে শেয়ার করা হবে না।

৮. দায়সীমা সীমাবদ্ধতা

জুম্মাতুল একাডেমি আমাদের সেবা বা সামগ্রী ব্যবহারের ফলে বা ব্যবহারে অক্ষমতার ফলে সৃষ্ট কোনো সরাসরি, পরোক্ষ, আকস্মিক বা ফলস্বরূপ ক্ষতির জন্য দায়ী নয়।

৯. আইনশৃঙ্খলা

এই শর্তাবলী বাংলাদেশের আইন দ্বারা নিয়ন্ত্রিত। কোনো বিরোধের ক্ষেত্রে বাংলাদেশের আদালতের অধিক্ষেত্রে সমাধান করা হবে।

১০. শর্তাবলীর পরিবর্তন

জুম্মাতুল একাডেমি যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন করার অধিকার সংরক্ষণ করে। আমাদের সেবা ব্যবহার অব্যাহত রাখার অর্থ হলো আপনি আপডেট করা শর্তাবলীতে সম্মত।
